• WE EDUCATE THE “WHOLE CHILD.”

We are here to teach the heart as well as the head, character as well as academic ability.  Our teachers have a depth and breadth of understanding of how children develop and strive to provide curriculum and instruction that supports this growth.  Our students are mentored in character building as well as in academic areas.

• WE RECOGNIZE THAT THE PARENT IS GOD’S ORDAINED AUTHORITY AND THE CHILD’S MOST INFLUENTIAL LIFE LONG TEACHER.

The child’s view of parental authority becomes the cornerstone of his later outlook on the school authority, police, law, and the people with whom he will eventually live and work. Hebrews 13:7 reads “Obey them that have rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they must give account.”  We desire to partner with parents effectively in the guidance and nurture of their child.

• WE PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH TO LEARN AND GROW.

Current brain research has proven what we already believed – that a safe, nurturing, structured and predictable environment in which a child feels secure, sets the stage for optimal learning.  Children are not perfect, but when an infraction occurs, the child is dealt with in a respectful Biblical manner.  Children grow in their self-esteem and confidence.  Learning styles are identified and every effort is made to help every child achieve.

• FAITH, ETHICS AND LEADERSHIP DRIVE OUR EFFORTS.

We strive to provide for our student body a foundation of faith in a Triune God, examples of Christian ethics within the school environment and the working community, and the opportunity for leadership roles at all grade levels in order to apply faith and ethics in real situations.
