2012-2013 School Year
Re-Enrolling Students for grades 1-8
Re-Enrollment for School Year 2012-2013 will begin on January 30, 2012. Current students can click the link to download the Application for Re-Enrollment.
New Students for grades 1-8
Open Enrollment for School Year 2012-2013 will begin on February 7, 2012.
New students/family process is as follows:
1. Student/Family meets with Admission Counselor.
2. Application is made using form below
3. Assessment documents are requested and reviewed.
4. Interview with Principal.
5. Acceptance letter is mailed.
A school enrollment pack will be available the first week of July, 2012. This will have all the necessary forms and informatiion about the upcoming school year along with a parent handbook.
New Students for Kindergarten
Open Enrollment for School Year 2012-2013 will begin on February 7, 2012.
New Kindergarten students/family process is as follows:
1. Student/Family meets with Admission Counselor
2. Kindergarten Screening application is made using form below
3. Assessment reviewed.
4. Interview with Principal.
5. Acceptance letter is mailed.
Application for Kindergarten Screening for School Year 2012-2013
A school enrollment pack will be available the first week of July, 2011. This will have all the necessary forms and informatiion about the upcoming school year along with a parent handbook. In addition to those forms, we will need a copy of the birth certificate and a vision and hearing screening certificate.
New Students for Preschool
Open enrollment for School Year 2012-2013 will begin on February 1, 2012. Space in both programs threes and fours is limited. Please call the school office to check the availability.
New student/family process is as follows:

Preschool Three year old - Application for Enrollment
