Our Shepherd Lutheran School will begin accepting applications for the 2013-2014 school year on February 6, 2013.  New students may apply for the 2013-2014 school year by completing the Application for Enrollment form and turning it in to the school office along with the Application fee of $200.
 
 Parents are then asked to gather information to complete the student files with copies of applicable paperwork such as birth certificate, immunization record, report card, and previous standardized testing report.  All new families should meet with the principal as well.
 
Testing dates for prospective students for Kindergarten through 8th grade are scheduled at Our Shepherd Lutheran School year round by appointment.  Once the testing process is completed, the file will be reviewed and an enrollment letter will be mailed.
 
Admission Requirements
Preschool 3s                          3 years old by September 1 (must be potty-trained)
Preschool 4s                          4 years old by September 1
Kindergarten                          5 years old by September 1
First through Eight grade            *
 
*First grade and above must provide a transcript of previous passing status and meet all testing requirements.
