Mrs. Polly Fisher has been a part of the Our Shepherd family for over 5 years and is currently serving as our Director of Early Childcare. Polly has been married to her husband Chris for 11 years and they have been blessed with a son, Nolan. Polly has a Management and Marketing Degree from Northwood University and pursued her Early Childhood education at both Baker and Hillsdale Colleges. When not at work, Polly and her family enjoy traveling, biking, cooking and walking their chocolate lab, Lucy.

Mrs. Jeanie Krauss has been a around Our Shepherd for many years as both a member and an employee. She has served as Secretary to our Lay Minister, assisted in the Church Office and as an Early Childcare Aide. Jeanie comes to us with a background in Human Resource Development, Personal Management, and Organizational Leadership. She currently assists with the day-to-day operations of the Early Childcare Department. Jeanie has been married to her husband, Ken, for over 43 years and they have one son, Steven. You will often find her reading, cooking, gardening or sewing when she is not at work.
